We have a very liberal and customer friendly cancellation policy in place. Under this policy:

1. Customer can ask for a refund within 07 days from the date of purchase membership.

2. A customer who wishes to cancel the membership purchased should intimate the Company of his/her intention to do so within 07 days of purchase of membership package.

3. That a member wishing to cancel his/her membership shall intimate the Company via email at the official email ID i.e. care@privilegecard.in during the time period prescribed above.

4. The cancellation request shall be accepted only at the sole discretion of the Company. The cancellation request shall be accepted only on the condition that no offer of the Company has been used by the member.

5. The amount paid by the member for the membership shall be refunded after deducting Rs. 500/- of the basic membership fees from the amounts paid by the member. That such refund shall be processed within 30 days of receipt of such cancellation request received by the Company.
